Step 1: Schedule an Appointment
To schedule a new patient or existing patient appointment, you may call the office at 928-277-4992 and we will help find a time that fits your schedule. For your convenience, you may also book online through your mobile device or computer for new patient appointments (30 Minutes) and existing patient appointments (10-15 Minutes).
Step 2. Fill out New Patient Paperwork
After scheduling your first appointment for our office, you will need to fill out some of our new patient paperwork so that we may get to know you better. This paperwork can be done online, at home or in our office for your convenience. By having the form filled out online or before your appointment, this will save yourself up to 15 minutes on your first visit.
Step 3. Consultation with the Doctor
A one-on-one consultation will be conducted to discuss your health conditions, and your overall health goals. This consultation will provide us with a better understanding of your current health status as well as assist us with locating the cause of your health conditions, so we can properly address your specific needs. We also firmly believe that knowledge is power; that is why we spend quality time with each practice member providing the necessary education and knowledge to ensure you are able to make an informed decision with yours’ and your family’s health.
Step 4. Thorough Chiropractic Examination
With Dr. Nick, the chiropractic assessment procedures are focused on locating and correcting Vertebral Subluxations (learn more here). The procedures we use in our office are specialized towards the evaluation of your spine and nervous system. A comprehensive chiropractic evaluation will be performed to further objectify the exact cause of your health conditions. Testing may include standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests. However, nothing will be done in our office without your consent.
On day one it is best to wear comfortable clothing. See our FAQ for more information.
Step 5. X-Rays if Necessary
Chiropractic Postural x-rays or Imaging may be required based on the individual chiropractic assessment results. Postural imaging allow us to evaluate the structure of the spine and assist us locating areas of possible damage.
The information gathered from the Consultation, Neurological and Orthopedic Testing, Chiropractic Examination, and the Postural Imaging allows us to make an informed and accurate determination for the type and duration of chiropractic care. Your results of the examination process will be explained in detail by Dr. Nick during your Report of Findings and Action Care Plan appointment.
